Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping time: Domestic shipping delivery time is 1-10 days. Expedited shipping delivery time is 1-5 days depending on the shipping courier. International delivery times vary based on region.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. In the case that there is potentially a delay with your order, you will be contacted in a timely manner via email. To help avoid any shipping delays, please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate. Once the package has been received by the shipping courier, The Meraki Collection is no longer responsible for the safety of your package, if there are any issues please contact the shipping courier for all correspondence. The Meraki Collection is not be responsible for lost packages for this reason.

Cancelled orders

Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is due to the fact that we aim to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Thus, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. 

Returns & exchanges

At this time, The Meraki Collection. is not accepting any refunds or exchanges. All items are final sale, unless it is stated otherwise. However, if there is any issue with your order, or it is damaged through transit, please send an email to ashley.fremp@gmail.com or by text 647-939-6938 promptly and within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to address and solve any issues with your order.
