At this time, The Meraki Collection is not accepting any refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of the products all items are final sale, unless it is stated otherwise. However, if there is any issue with your order, or it is damaged through transit, please send an email to info@themerakicollection.ca promptly and within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to address and solve any issues with your order.  

Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is due to the fact that we aim to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Thus, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@themerakicollection.ca immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please include your order number and name in the email.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping time (Canada): Domestic delivery time is 3-10 days. Expedited shipping delivery time is 1-5 days depending on the shipping courier.

Shipping time (US & International): International delivery times vary based on region and shipping courier.

Note: US shipping time is 3-15 days depending on courier.
